PanelConnect is the next generation "Plug and Play" Interface Module that offers a simple connection between PLC I/O and field devices through the enclosure wall. PanelConnect easily interfaces to Inputs, Outputs, or Combination (Input/Output) devices while maintaining the environmental integrity of the panel. Through-panel connection modules, along with optional pre-wired PLC I/O cables, can enhance your profitability through their unique, easy-to-connect design.

Programmable Controller Wiring Systems
Connecting to Allen-Bradley I/O is convenient with Allen-Bradley Wiring Systems. Unlike conventional terminal blocks, they connect through pre-wired cables to digital and analog I/O for the Bulletin 1746 SLC, Bulletin 1756 ControlLogix, Bulletin 1769 Compact I/O for CompactLogix and MicroLogix 1500, and Bulletin 1771/PLC-5 platforms. The interface modules are mounted onto a standard DIN Rail. Pre-printed adhesive label cards containing field-wiring information are available for each interface module and I/O module combination. Wiring systems are available for over 100 different I/O modules and over 50 analog modules. In addition, we offer a custom wiring system program for those applications that do not meet your system requirements.

The new line of 1492 IEC Terminal Blocks offer a broad range of products including Screw Type, Spring Clamp, and Insulation Displacement connections. All Allen-Bradley IEC Terminal Blocks are IP2X finger-safe, meet recognized international IEC standards, and carry UL and CSA ratings. All products mount of standard DIN rail for fast, efficient installation. Products are available in up to 9 different colors, with an extensive range of accessories providing simple solutions to complex wiring challenges.
