Integrated Performance Assessment


An Integrated Performance Assessment (IPA) evaluates the ability of plant personnel to consistently perform at the desired level. An IPA examines the entire manufacturing spectrum as it relates to human performance, covering critical areas that are essential to the success of a company, such as:
- People (Management and Supervisory systems)
- Organisational systems (policies and rewards)
- Manufacturing processes
- Physical work environment
- Skills and knowledge inventory
- Performance support resources (job aids and tools)
- Products and supporting technologies
